I am making "firecrackers" for an upcoming Cub Scout Fiesta. One for each person attending.Pull on the ends and "boom" a treat comes firing out!
Fun, colorful, easy and a treat...very nice.
Gather supplies:empty toilet paper rolls (or cut empty wrapping paper rolls into 4 inch sections)
tissue paper, cut in half
stickers
curly ribbon
candy
place candy in tp roll. wrap up with half piece of tissue paper and close with a sticker. Tie ends closed with ribbon.
Note: These were hard to open, I recommend just using 1/4 piece of tissue paper so it will pop open easier.
